Change to Enrollment

Complete this form to update to a different program for next school year.

This form pertains particularly to the Early School programs but is also where you can Add/Drop After School Care for your Lower School and Middle School students.

Examples
  • If your Early School student is currently enrolled in a School Year program and you wish to change to a Year-Round program.
  • If your student is enrolled for the school day only and you wish to add Extended Day.
  • If your Early School student will attend Montessori Kindergarten and you need after-school care, please add Extended Day.
  • If your student is in the Montessori Transitional Kindergarten program and you want to instead move to Lower School Kindergarten.
  • If your student moves to First Grade from the Montessori Kindergarten Year-Round program and you need to add Extended Day.

Change to Enrollment for 2021-2022

Please complete one form for each student in the family that requires a change to their enrollment contract. The Change to Enrollment period runs from January 28 - February 5.

FAMILIES OF TK STUDENTS: Complete this form to let us know if you would like to switch to Lower School for Kindergarten with or without after school care.

ALL OTHER FAMILIES: Complete this form to update to a different after school or extended day program for next school year.

As a Montessori TK student, your child is automatically advanced to the Montessori Kindergarten. If you wish to switch to the Lower School Kindergarten please indicate here. If you wish to add After School Care for your child's Kindergarten year, please indicate that in Question 3 below.
