Danielle S. Ferguson has a background in educational leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has served as director of alumni relations at Charlotte Country Day School, director of diversity and multicultural education at Providence Day School, director of residence life at The Hockaday School, and assistant dean of admissions at The Hotchkiss School. Across these roles, she has developed expertise in building inclusive communities and supporting students and families.

An interesting fact about Danielle: She enjoys floral design (she is pursuing a Floral Design Certificate) and sewing, often creating handmade gifts for family and friends.
