It’s cool
after school!
The After School Program is exciting and fun-filled, offering hands-on activities, homework time, and learning opportunities that coincide with monthly themes and the school-day curriculum. We also provide an afternoon snack. Students spend after school with other students their age, in the following groups: kindergarteners, first and second graders, third and fourth graders, and then our middle school students.
Our daily After School Program operates from the student dismissal time until 5:30 p.m.
Classes are led by warm and enthusiastic teachers and include a healthy mix of age-appropriate activities, homework time, and free time.
Our After School Program teachers provide a fun environment for students with healthy routines. They set these routines at the beginning of the school year and reinforce expectations throughout the year. The team is committed to providing a loving and nurturing environment for our children while encouraging personal growth, leadership, and academic excellence. We look forward to seeing you after school!
After School Studios
unique after school sessions
A new selection of studio choices is typically offered each fall and spring, and each session lasts approximately 12 weeks. Students are escorted to the studio location by their teacher after the school day ends. Studios usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour. There is a fee, separate from Charlotte Prep’s annual tuition, associated with each class.

a group, and concentrate and think on their feet, students will also develop skills of self-expression,
awareness, and “being in the moment.” The studio will culminate in an informal (virtual) performance of
the production.
