Education: Jenny Formon has spent decades in education, beginning her career as an assistant teacher in Kindergarten at Charlotte Prep in 1995. She then taught primary students at Charlotte Montessori for 30 years before returning to Charlotte Prep. Jenny loves working with children, educating parents, and sharing the Montessori philosophy. She is inspired by the passion and enthusiasm of teachers she works alongside, and strives to share Charlotte Prep’s unique story with prospective families. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys sewing and traveling. Charlotte Prep employee since 2025 |
