Education: Gricel Guzman is passionate about fostering independence and curiosity in young learners, with over a decade of experience in early education. She previously served as a preschool and kindergarten educator at Ivybrook Academy and as a Montessori teacher at Alpharetta International Academy. Inspired by the awe children experience when discovering something new, Gricel strives to create a welcoming environment where students and families feel supported and valued. At Charlotte Prep, she appreciates being part of a community that truly recognizes and cares for each member. She especially cherishes the moment when students realize they are learning something new and gain confidence in doing things independently.
