LaShamanda (Mandy) Ivey brings extensive experience in early childhood education and school support roles to Charlotte Prep. She has previously served in teaching and administrative roles at Easter Seals, Providence Preparatory School, and Bethlehem Head Start. Mandy believes deeply in every student’s potential and loves being part of each child’s learning journey. She is passionate about creating a classroom environment where students feel valued, capable, and confident, while fostering curiosity, growth, and a strong sense of belonging.

Outside of school, Mandy enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Milo, and trying new restaurants.
