Education: Janna Kiefer taught for 29 years with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools before joining Charlotte Prep. She values the smaller school environment, which allows her to get to know students and colleagues more personally. She was drawn to education through her early experiences as a high school tutor and enjoys helping students expand their world through language and exposure to different cultures. She believes teaching is a profession that can shape the future by impacting the next generation. Outside of school, Janna enjoys parenting and traveling with her family to explore new places. An interesting fact about her is that nobody ever suspects she is an only child. Charlotte Prep employee since 2025 |
