Education: Donica Little has experience supporting students through after-school tutoring at Lansford Elementary School and brings that same energy and enthusiasm to Charlotte Prep. She loves working with children, sharing laughs and smiles, and being a positive presence in their lives. Inspired by her mother, who taught in public schools for over 20 years, Donica values connection, encouragement, and creating meaningful relationships with students. Outside of school, she enjoys basketball, music, hiking, parasailing, ziplining, and visiting history museums. She also has a sweet spot for seafood and Little Debbie cakes.
