Education: Michelle Pysher has spent over two decades teaching in early childhood classrooms. Before joining Charlotte Prep, she worked as a lead teacher at Green Towne Montessori School from 2005 to 2016. She is passionate about early education and greatly values the opportunity to watch her students grow from their earliest years in lower school into confident, thriving middle school students. Michelle was drawn to teaching by a desire to educate the next generation and witness meaningful and transformative moments. Michelle’s personal mission at Charlotte Prep is to truly know and understand each child and support their growth through thoughtful skill-building. She loves teaching because it allows her to foster skills, friendships, and lifelong learners. Outside of school, Michelle enjoys traveling with her family and loves living in the same neighborhood as her sister and father. Charlotte Prep employee since 2016 |
