Education: Dr. Jessica Sarnicola brings extensive experience in student support and school psychology to Charlotte Prep. She spent 11 years as a school psychologist at The Dwight School in New York City before joining the Prep community. Jessica deeply values Charlotte Prep’s shared understanding that children learn best when they feel known and understood, and she appreciates the school’s commitment to creating an environment that prioritizes those needs as the foundation for a successful learning experience. Jessica endeavors to truly know each child and create a safe, comfortable pathway for students to seek support—whether navigating the everyday challenges of childhood and pre-adolescence or facing more complex needs that require specialized guidance. She is grateful to feel both well-equipped and experienced in supporting students across this full range of social, emotional, and developmental needs. Outside of school, Jessica enjoys long-distance running, gardening, and spending time with her two children. Charlotte Prep employee since 2021 |
