Education: Kerrie Sperduto has experience teaching first grade and kindergarten across the U.S. She values the strong sense of connection and community at Charlotte Prep, where staff and students enjoy working and learning together. Kerrie appreciates opportunities to collaborate with colleagues through committees, clubs, and grant-supported professional development, which enrich both her teaching and her students’ experiences. She loves being part of children’s first formal school experience, guiding them as they grow, explore, and take their first steps as readers and writers, and aims to foster a classroom full of curiosity, joy, and a love of learning.
