Education: Matthew values the strong relationships that define the Charlotte Prep community, where students, families, and staff work closely together to create a positive and supportive environment. He is committed to creating a safe, joyful classroom where every child feels valued and confident, building strong learning foundations while encouraging curiosity, kindness, and a genuine love of learning. He finds deep fulfillment in connecting with students and helping them discover the excitement of learning, and he hopes to inspire them to grow into confident, curious, lifelong learners.
