Education: Caitlene Yisrael has a background in writing and teaching. She values creativity, connection, and thoughtful communication in school communities. She appreciates being part of a supportive environment where people care for one another and are motivated to contribute in meaningful ways. Her interest in working in schools grew from seeing how creativity and connection impact young people, an experience shaped by performing children’s theater on tour and seeing the power of storytelling to engage students. At Prep, she aims to make each interaction meaningful by building connections with families, teachers, and students so everyone feels welcomed and valued. Outside of school, Caitlene enjoys spending time with her family, exploring exhibits and live performances, and freelancing as a grant writer. Charlotte Prep employee since 2021 |
