Education: Margo Fletcher brings more than 30 years of experience in Montessori education. She began her teaching career in 1992 as a Montessori Primary Teacher in Camden, South Carolina, and spent the majority of her career at Sea Pines Montessori in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. During her time there, she taught Primary, Lower Elementary, and Upper Elementary and served as Director of Education and Interim Head of School. Margo was drawn to the Montessori method because of its emphasis on children's natural curiosity and independence, and her personal mission is to inspire children to love learning. Outside of school, Margo enjoys walking and hiking outdoors. An interesting fact about Margo: She is a photographer. Charlotte Prep employee since 2026 |
