Education: Katie brings more than 14 years of advancement leadership experience in independent schools and nonprofit organizations, with a proven track record of building meaningful relationships, strengthening annual giving, leading successful capital campaigns, and fostering a vibrant culture of philanthropy. Most recently, she has served as chief advancement officer at Trinity Episcopal School, where she led all aspects of advancement, exceeded campaign goals, increased parent participation in annual giving, and partnered closely with school leadership to advance the school's long-term vision. Katie views fundraising as a partnership that transforms donor passions and values into lasting institutional impact at Prep.
