BA in Philosophy, University of West Florida Justen brings more than 15 years of experience leading youth and family programs, building and developing teams, and creating safe, engaging, and well-run experiences for children. Most recently, he spent more than a decade in leadership with Life Time Athletic, where his responsibilities included youth programming, childcare, camps, aquatics, special events, staff development, safety and compliance, and multisite operations. Justen has a clear commitment to creating safe, engaging, and meaningful experiences for children. He understands that great Auxiliary Programs should be places where students feel known, supported, and excited to participate, and where families feel confident in the care their children receive and connected through consistent, thoughtful communication.
