Education: Shantell came to Prep with 19 years of experience as a Montessori assistant teacher. She is passionate about working with children and believes deeply in the Montessori philosophy. Shantell loves helping children grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity, and finds it especially rewarding to watch a child unlock a new skill for the first time. Her personal mission is to create a peaceful, joyful environment where every child feels safe, encouraged, and genuinely cared for while developing a lifelong love of learning. Outside of school, Shantell enjoys working out, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with her daughter and family.
