Education: Brooklyn Miller brings experience in elementary education, music education, and arts leadership. She previously taught second grade at Piney Grove Elementary and first grade at KIPP Change Academy in Charlotte, taught Pre-K through fifth grade music at KIPP Journey Primary in Houston, and worked in Community & Artist Support at the Arts & Science Council. Brooklyn has always had a deep love for music and was inspired by her parents, who are both educators. She loves the opportunity to combine her passion for music with her desire to nurture and grow children's minds and help students discover the people they want to become. Outside of school, Brooklyn enjoys exploring festivals, concerts, and events throughout Charlotte and learning about the history of the city's different neighborhoods.
