Susan Palicka brings extensive experience working with young children in preschool and family settings. She previously worked at Chesterbrook Academy as a kitchen manager and floating teacher for seven years, spent 19 years as a nanny, and worked at Goddard Preschool as a kitchen manager and floating teacher for three years. Susan is passionate about helping children learn to the best of their ability while ensuring they go home happy, and she especially loves watching a child's eyes light up when they learn something new. Outside of school, Susan enjoys reading, crafting, puzzles, word searches, adult coloring books, and tending to her flower garden. An interesting fact about Susan: She is a mother of four, grandmother of 11, and great-grandmother of 14. Charlotte Prep employee since 2026 |
