Education: Bhindu TirupalaReddy brings a diverse professional background in software engineering and education. Before joining Charlotte Prep, Bhindu worked as a senior eoftware engineer and served as a substitute teacher at TMSA and Cabarrus County Schools. Bhindu believes education is about more than academics and is passionate about helping students become curious, confident, and compassionate learners. Her personal mission is to help students think clearly, learn confidently, and grow with curiosity and integrity while developing the skills to become independent, lifelong learners. Outside of school, Bhindu enjoys cooking, gardening, drawing, and learning new things. An interesting fact about Bhindu: She won first prize for her handwriting at her university and enjoys drawing from reference pictures, particularly cartoons and flowers.
