Education: Mansi Soni brings more than eight years of diverse professional experience in finance, teaching, and coordination. Before joining Charlotte Prep in her current role, she served as a substitute teacher at Charlotte Prep beginning in September 2025 and worked as a summer camp counselor. Mansi was drawn to working with children through her genuine interest in their growth and development and enjoys being part of their learning journey. Her personal mission is to create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment where every child feels respected, encouraged to explore, and supported as they develop confidence and independence.
