Education: Pam Sweer brings more than four decades of experience in music education and professional development. She served as a band director at Long Junior High School and Cheraw High School from 1985 to 1999, South Middle School from 1999 to 2018, and Charlotte Latin School from 2018 to 2026. She also served as an assessor and trainer for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards from 2002 to 2026. Pam loves making music and especially enjoys seeing the joy on a student's face when they realize they can accomplish something challenging while having fun. Outside of school, Pam enjoys swimming and reading. An interesting fact about Pam: She was part of the All-American Collegiate Band that performed at the EPCOT opening ceremonies with Danny Kaye. |
