Education: Kiarra Bethea is passionate about working with children and finds deep purpose in supporting their growth and development. She has experience teaching at Kids R Kids and has also served in administrative and leadership roles as an Administrative Assistant for the TRIO program and as Residence Hall Director at Clinton College. Kiarra values being fully present with children, believing that their curiosity, individuality, and energy create an environment that is both meaningful and rewarding. She strives to show up consistently for students, creating spaces where they feel valued, supported, and free to grow into who they are. Kiarra believes the care and guidance she offers extends beyond the classroom and leaves a lasting impact. She approaches her work with the belief that life is best measured by the quiet, positive impact one leaves behind. Outside of work, Kiarra loves arts and crafts.
