His experience includes serving as a school resource officer, working in behavioral management, and spending many years overseeing facility operations and maintenance in independent school and residential environments. Since joining Charlotte Prep, Earnest has appreciated the strong sense of support and collaboration across campus. He enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving and is committed to maintaining a safe, well-functioning environment that supports student learning and growth. His goal is to help create spaces where students can thrive academically and as individuals. Outside of work, Earnest enjoys spending time with his family.
