Education: Jennifer Brooks is dedicated to advocating for students and ensuring that families have the knowledge of and access to resources that will help their children thrive. She has previously taught grades K-6 in public, charter, and independent school settings, as well as working in special services and as a learning specialist. She was originally drawn to her profession by her family of educators and her mother’s passion for helping children thrive. At Charlotte Prep, she enjoys the deep sense of community, mutual support, and partnership within the staff. Here, she loves finding unique ways to help children understand diverse topics and seeing their joy once they’ve mastered them. Outside of school, Jennifer enjoys baking and tackling challenging jigsaw puzzles. She has identical twin daughters and comes from a family with over ten sets of twins.
