Education: M.A., Regis College B.A., College of the Holy Cross Certification in Non-Profit Management, Duke University Heidi Kelley has a strong background in development and nonprofit leadership, with experience in independent schools and beyond. She has worked as a VP of sales and operations and held roles at the Duke School and Davidson Day School, where she developed skills in building relationships and community engagement. Her interest in development began as a student at Worcester Academy, where she made her first annual fund calls and learned the impact of connecting alumni and supporters to a shared mission—a passion she has carried throughout her career. Outside of school, Heidi is a former Division I athlete and college coach. Charlotte Prep employee since 2022
