Prep's Inaugural Joy Term

Our kindergarten through 8th-grade students got to participate in Charlotte Prep's inaugural Joy Term! Joy Term offered students a chance to think outside the box, make meaningful connections, and develop a global mindset that will inspire learning long into the future.
With over 20 "mini-courses" available ranging from Juggling to International Cooking and Maker Space Engineering to Prep Poetry Jam, each student enrolled in 3 to 4 based on their interests. Check out photos of Joy Term to see the great variety of activities students enjoyed.

Apr3Prep Middle Schoolers Visit Costa RicaOver spring break, 12 students middle school students traveled with their teachers to Costa Rica for a week-long educational adventure. This immersive trip allowed them to experience firsthand the topics they’ve been exploring in science, Spanish, and math, while also embracing Costa Rica’s vibrant culture and natural wonders.
