With a strong sense of self and guidance from our placement team, 8th grader Collins G. navigated the high school admissions process with confidence. After earning acceptances to four top schools, she made a thoughtful decision based on fit, values, and vision for her future.

I had a teacher in elementary school who one day told me I was an average math student. I am not sure how she thought this was helpful feedback, but from that point forward, I internalized her comment and became, in fact, an average math student. One teacher. One comment. Dramatic outcome.

For the second year in a row, a Charlotte Prep lifer has earned the prestigious Morehead-Cain Scholarship. Meha Khanna, a Prep alum who attended Providence Day School for high school, joins Cassie Miller, who received the same honor last year.

Over spring break, 12 students middle school students traveled with their teachers to Costa Rica for a week-long educational adventure. This immersive trip allowed them to experience firsthand the topics they’ve been exploring in science, Spanish, and math, while also embracing Costa Rica’s vibrant culture and natural wonders.
