Our middle school Model UN club recently participated in CHARMUN, a long-standing annual introductory Model UN conference for local independent school teams.

Choosing a school that is the right size for children is paramount to their healthy development. We believe the size of Charlotte Prep is just right – not too small or too large.

Feelings follow behavior. Or is it the other way around – behavior follows feelings? This is one of the most important parenting questions to get right.

After our girls’ basketball team won both their conference and the QCC Tournament Championship, their coaches (three Charlotte Prep teachers) reflect on the journey that awarded them this title for the first time in 14 years.

After graduating from Prep last year, Silas M. finds himself immersed in a whirlwind of new learning experiences at the Northwest School of the Arts.

Each year, Mrs. Tucker does a one-of-a-kind STEM challenge with our Kindergartens. They bake gingerbread babies and design traps to catch them using the engineering process. Then when their mischievous babies run away, they're taken on a hunt around the school to get them back!

With the perspective of having a son who’s graduated from Prep already and is attending high school, I am here to tell you that Prep grads thrive when they get there. More than that, they stand out.
